Our Programs
Our students have different needs, goals, and dreams. That’s why we offer a suite of programs to ensure they find their perfect fit.
Open Gym
Open six days a week, our flagship mentoring program emphasizes physical fitness programming, career development, and academic coaching.
Pre-Disposition Program
This is a 1:1 mentoring program serving juveniles immediately upon their release from detention. The goal is to get each student integrated back into the community through school, work, or volunteering.
Student Leadership Program
A year long program, dedicated students received 500+ hours of leadership training to transform into future Bench Mark Program mentors and employees.
Suspension Alternative Program
A 5-day program, this evidence-based curriculum serves students as an alternative to out-of-school suspension within the School District of Lancaster.
Strength-Based Skill Building
This is a 2-hour after school program, held 3-4 days per week. We only accept referrals from Lancaster County Juvenile Probation and Children & Youth Agency.
School-Based Branch Site Program
This is an after-school fitness-based mentoring program that includes leadership training in several school districts throughout Lancaster County.
